TEHRAN – Composer and violin virtuoso Javad Lashgari died of natural causes at his home in Tehran on Tuesday morning. He was 93.

His body will be buried in the Artists Section of Tehran’s Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery on Thursday.

Some of his compositions have appeared in recent albums including “You Are Welcome”, “Carnation” and “Lost Love”.
